The intellectual property rights of the interacting.io, interacting.online and interacting.blog sites are the exclusive property of the company SAS ADD-ON MULTIMEDIA. Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or modification of all or of any part of the different sites, without the authorisation of SAS ADD-ON MULTIMEDIA, is prohibited.
Any unauthorised operation or use of the sites, or of any elements they contain, shall be deemed to constitute a contravention and shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Code de Propriété Intellectuelle [French Intellectual Property law].

interacting is hosted in France at the DataCenter belonging to SAS ADD-ON MULTIMEDIA. All the data are secured and stored on servers belonging to SAS ADD-ON MULTIMEDIA.

Personal data

The personal data are collected and handled(treated) by interacting.
interacting is committed to protecting your data and keeping your information strictly confidential.
Personal data will in no case be shared with a third party.
 
The data are exclusively used for the following purposes:

• Free version: the email address is used as part of your “free version” request and the exchanges that may result (functioning of the platform, support, offers).
• Contact: personal data entered (last name, first name, company name, email address, choice in two lists, message) are used as part of the contact request.
• Zen Offer: personal data entered (last name, first name, company name, email address, choice in one list, message) are used as part of the information request for the Zen Offer. and the commercial relationship that may result.
• Customer account: personal data are used as part of the creation and management of customer account and the commercial relationship that may result (newsletter, offers, promotional code…). Personal information is stored only during the operating life of the account.
